Had a great experience with my service visit on 5-20-2026. For the first time in years it was a pleasant experience due to the welcoming demeaner of service technician Bobby Bellon. He was very helpful in getting my truck serviced without an appointment. Came in for oil change and price on 4-tires and work was done in a few hours. I was able to leave my truck and everything worked out great. I was ready to give up coming to "Moran GMC" for service because most of the employee contacts were very depressing experiences and as a customer I felt I was bothering the employees by coming in to get my vehicles serviced. Thank you Mr. Bellon for being professional and making me feel valued as a customer.

The advisers were very professional and friendly

I thought with an oil change and tire rotation your technician would top off the fluids and do a safety inspection. I think as fast as my service was done I have my doubts a tire rotation was done. Moran did these services with the oil change and tire rotation. I really don’t think I will back to Taylor GMC I live in Monroe and can get this service done here for less than $102.00 . Taylor GMC has lost me for any future services and new vehicle purchases.

Went to have a rear wiper blade changed service was good but 20$ to change a blade I watched him do it took two mins. Ten would have been enough

I came in as a walk-in for an oil change I was very happy with the customer. Service was super happy how fast it got done. I would definitely come back again.

I had my 2024 AT4 2500 Diesel hauled in on a flatbed for repair on Monday, April 27th, and it was not completed until Wednesday, June 3rd. This extended turnaround time was very frustrating, especially since it was not due to parts availability but staffing issues. I understand that staffing shortages, particularly with diesel technicians, were a factor, but the overall length of time to complete the repair fell well short of my expectations. I want to recognize that Bobby Bellon did a great job once he took over my claim after Jacob Callahan was terminated by Taylor Buick GMC. Bobby was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. However, one area I was especially disappointed with was how the warranty situation was handled. I was told the repair would not be covered because the vehicle had 39,900 miles, just beyond the 36,000-mile warranty limit. Given that the failure was a Fuel Pump Power Control Module, something I had no control over, I requested a goodwill claim. I was then told I would need to pursue that directly with the GM Warranty Department, which I am currently in the process of doing. Being responsible for a $791.58 repair on a $90,000 vehicle that is still relatively new is disappointing. While I appreciate Bobby’s support, the overall experience, specifically the repair timing and lack of flexibility on warranty consideration, did not meet my expectations.

Fast friendly service

Folks at the Moran Buick service department were kind and professional.

The overall experience was excellent. However, the length of time to diagnose and correct the vehicle's problem was a little disappointing. Service representative Bobby Bellon was absolutely the best representative I have experienced. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will return for more service if needed. Only disappointment as mentioned earlier was the 2 week time duration to diagnose and correct the problem.

Have worked with John on 3 purchases and he has been excellent on making things happen.

I tried to go to a different Buick dealership close to my home but felt disrespected and they didn't keep their word. I have been to Taylor Buick twice and have been treated respectfully, kindly and their service was great. I highly recommend them.

My 2025 GMC Canyon was scheduled for the first 7000 mile oil change and the service went well. My Service Advisor was George Carver. George was very friendly and attentive. The multi-point vehicle inspection was done by Oscar Cavazos, who was also very friendly, he made sure my truck received the free car wash even though the service lane schedule was very busy. Overall, it was a great experience.

My visit was very professional. My car was serviced promptly and the team handle my gmc rewards issue fast with great results.

I was extra late due to construction and going to the wrong dealership but they took me anyway. They were professional and very nice. I received great care and on top of that, they even washed my truck. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you, I will be back!

Brought my 2016 Buick LaCrosse to Taylor Buick GMC for some brake work after make an appointment. The work was done as scheduled. I was contacted and notified of the work that needed to be done. An estimate was given to me at that time. I was contacted when the work was complete. When I went to pick up the car, the payment process was quick. I was informed that I had a balance in my GM Rewards account. It was credited to my payment. Nicely done!!

Ryder our sales representative was great.

I asked them to check out two different concerns when I checked in for my oil change. When I went to pay my bill neither of these concerns had been addressed. I told them the dome light issue was something GM knew about according to a previous (Moran) service department employee. Two of the techs proceeded to bad mouth the former employee. VERY unprofessional. They never even offered to check into the two issues. I will not be back.

The service department was very helpful in setting up my appointment… when I got there very friendly and cordial.. they explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take take..

When I dropped off truck I was told it might take 2weeks to get it back Iexplained that I needed it back as soon as possible because I go to the VA HOSPITAL in Ann Arbor for my appointments Bob told me he would to what he could well I was looking to rent a car when he called me the next day and told me it would be ready the next day I was floored didn’t need a rental after all I really appreciate his hard work and also the techs that worked on it I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know thank you again

The part from my car was ordered on New Year’s Eve. I was never informed it was in. It was returned on January 19. I was in for an oil change. I wanna say February I asked about the part. They said it was still on backorder. I called in May they said it went back on January 19 and it was never re-ordered and I was never informed so I went six months without this module for my car and I was not able to get the features I was paying for or am paying for for six months on a two-year lease that’s a quarter of my lease that I did not have the features that I was paying for

The employees are very nice; however, my car was in for service (because of factory recall) for six weeks and I did not get a loaner vehicle for 5 weeks. At week 5 I finally got a loaner, thanks to Todd! That is my only complaint. I just feel that is not good customer service.

I was very happy with my experience at GMC. I really didn’t come in planning to lease a new vehicle that day I wanted to see what they had to offer. I had a great sales rep, Ryder who made the experience seem less. I was in and out in 45 min, picked out a vehicle, they broke my Ford lease for me, followed me to Ford to turn it in and make there were no issues. For the first time ever purchasing a car I felt 0 pressure to buy extras when I sat with the finance person. I am very happy with my Terrain and the experience I had. Thank you Taylor GMC

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Greeted promptly when I arrived and waited in waiting room while vehicle was being worked on. Service Advisor George Carver helped me with how to apply my gm rewards points towards balance due. This is 4th vehicle I have leased from this dealership and very happy with their customer service. Dealership recently changed from Moran to Taylor Buick/GMC so far quality of service remains consistent.

After almost three months, the only repair completed was replacing a sensor. Unfortunately, the loud noise the car makes when braking was not fixed because the technician claimed they couldn’t hear it. The noise is very noticeable, unpleasant, and keeps getting worse. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the repair service. That said, I do want to recognize George Carver for his professionalism and excellent customer service. My frustration is with the technician who inspected the vehicle, as it seems the problem was not properly diagnosed or addressed.

I had a great experience during my first oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. My 2026 GMC Sierra Denali was serviced promptly, and I appreciated how well they took care of my new truck. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the entire process was smooth from check-in to checkout. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely return for future maintenance.

Techs didn't seem to have the knowledge to do the job we needed done on our vehicle. They were very efficient with the oil change.

I’ve been trying to get my car fixed for 5 months now. I made an appointment 4 different times. Each one being cancelled or I was told they would be holding my vehicle for 2-4 WEEKS. No loaner was offered as they say they don’t have any. I arrived yesterday for my appointment, only to be told at the end of day it would be hold for a few weeks. You know, until they could get to it! That’s completely ridiculous. What is the point of an appointment if you’re just going to hold my vehicle for weeks. Just bad business.
